For 26 years the BIA of Central SC has helped families and individuals find their preferred residence in this increasingly popular city. There are many great reasons to move here: with a close proximity to mountains and coastlines, along with affordable costs and low interest rates, Columbia is an ideal place to live.
4 great reasons why you can’t miss the 2017 Tour of Homes:
1. This is Columbia’s largest open house of new homes, showcasing 40 homes throughout 4 major counties. You can learn about a new area and find out which is right for you.
2. All price ranges will be available for new homes, apartments and senior living communities. No matter your reasons for moving, information and assistance will be available to help with the decision making process.
3. You can get inspiration for decorating your new abode. Professional designers have furnished several model homes to give you some fresh ideas about how you want your next home to look. You can get tips and advice from on-site builders and designers.
4. Planning a tour to fit into your schedule is easy and convenient because of the flexible open house hours, and the availability of information online or in the guidebook.
Free plan books are available on the BIA’s website, or in the BIA office, located at 625 Taylor Street. You can also pick up a free plan book from any Columbia-area Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage location. Plan books provide a list of homes available during the tour, along with photos, floor plans, and special features.
All potential homebuyers are warmly invited by the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina to this can’t miss event. Their team looks forward to answering any questions you have about finding the perfect home for you this year!
